MadeBySarz Studios is a solo, founder-led web design and development studio based in the United Kingdom, operated by Sahil. All project work, communication, and delivery is handled directly — no team, no outsourcing, no middlemen.

Project enquiries & estimates

All project enquiries are reviewed manually. The Project Calculator provides ballpark estimates only — not a final quote or a binding commitment. Actual pricing is confirmed only after a proper conversation about your specific needs, scope, and timeline.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a project will be taken on. MadeBySarz Studios reserves the right to decline any project before a formal agreement is signed.

You can expect a response within 48 business hours.

Project agreements & payments

All projects begin with a written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and total cost. No work begins until both parties have confirmed the scope in writing and a deposit has been received.

• A 50% deposit is required before any work begins
• The remaining 50% is due before the final site goes live
• Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue
• Late payments may result in work being paused until the balance is cleared

All payments and invoices are securely processed via Stripe.

Any changes to the agreed scope after work has begun may affect the timeline and cost. Additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately.

Revisions & scope changes

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds agreed in writing at the start. A revision means a change to something already built — not a new feature or a change in direction.

Revisions beyond what was agreed, or changes that fall outside the original scope, will be charged at the ad-hoc hourly rate of £85/hour.

Maintenance & ad-hoc updates

If you have an active monthly maintenance plan, updates, fixes, and content changes are covered within that plan as outlined in your agreement.

If you do not have a maintenance plan, any ad-hoc requests — including website updates, content changes, design tweaks, or technical SEO work — are charged at:

• £85 per hour
• Minimum charge: 1 hour (£85), even if the work takes less time

All ad-hoc work must be requested by email and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Intellectual property & ownership

Once a project is fully paid for, you own the final website, its design, and all custom code built for your project.

MadeBySarz Studios retains the right to show completed work in a portfolio and mention your business as a past client.

Third-party tools, plugins, or stock assets remain subject to their own licences — you are responsible for maintaining those licences after handover.

Ownership does not transfer until full payment is received.

Cancellations & refunds

If you cancel a project after work has begun:

• The deposit is non-refundable, as it covers time already spent
• Work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced and is payable before files are handed over
• If MadeBySarz Studios cancels for any reason, any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded in full
• Digital products (e.g. downloadable guides or templates) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Privacy & data

When you submit an enquiry or purchase a product, the information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry or fulfil your order. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

This site uses no tracking cookies and does not use Google Analytics. All form submissions are processed securely.
